Customization for production line design
       Base on the company’s basic laminator model, the production capacity can be customized according to the customer's production line design. Up-to-date, we can provide a heater plate which is able to place 1 to 10 common size laminates. To improve the production efficiency, our laminator is designed as double stacks. Besides, Senco can design and produce various types of laminators i.e. single stack, double stack, laminator with pins etc. We provide various types of laminators in order to meet the various lamination requirement of the customers.

Infrared radiation heating
       The upper chamber can be equipped with infrared radiation heating, which is suitable for bifacial product’s lamination. It can also shorten the lamination time and improving production efficiency. (Configure according to customer needs)
Unloading aluminum plate
       Unloading aluminum plate with water cooled system (with lifting function) can greatly improve the cooling effect after the lamination process. (Configure according to customer needs)
